- 1 cs Wild Rice
Instructions
- SPLIT CASE OF RICE BETWEEN 2 FULL DEEP METAL HOTEL PANS. THREE BOXES IN EACH. ADD SEASONING PACKETS PROVIDED WITH RICE AND MIX TO COMBINE THOROUGHLY.
- ADD HOT WATER TO THE PANS, COVER WITH A PIECE OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND FOIL.
- COOK AT 350F FOR 55 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, AND FLUFF WITH A SPOON TO RELEASE EXCESS STEAM AND FINISH COOKING RICE.
- PORTION INTO METAL THIRD PANS ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHARTS PROVIDED.
- IF NEEDED, REHEAT AT 350F FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT REACES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F.
