  • 1 cs Wild Rice

Instructions

  1. SPLIT CASE OF RICE BETWEEN 2 FULL DEEP METAL HOTEL PANS. THREE BOXES IN EACH. ADD SEASONING PACKETS PROVIDED WITH RICE AND MIX TO COMBINE THOROUGHLY.
  2. ADD HOT WATER TO THE PANS, COVER WITH A PIECE OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND FOIL.
  3. COOK AT 350F FOR 55 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, AND FLUFF WITH A SPOON TO RELEASE EXCESS STEAM AND FINISH COOKING RICE.
  4. PORTION INTO METAL THIRD PANS ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHARTS PROVIDED.
  5. IF NEEDED, REHEAT AT 350F FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT REACES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F.
