LINE THREE LARGE SHEET TRAYS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SPRAY WITH NON STICK PAN SPRAY.

LINE ALL THREE TRAYS WITH SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD IN A SINGLE LAYER.

ADD 2 SLICES OF CHEESE TO EACH PIECE OF BREAD

PLACE ANOTHER PIECE OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD ON TOP OF THE SLICES OF CHEESE

BAKE IN A 350F OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES, CHEESE SHOULD BE MELTED AND BREAD SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY TOASTED. GBD...GOLDEN BROWN DELICIOUS

OPEN 6 CANS OF PEAS. DIVIDE INTO 6IN METAL HOTEL PANS, ACCORDING TO PORTION SIZE FOR CLASS AND AGE. ADD 1/2 IN OF WATER TO EACH PAN AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. HEAT AT 350F FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL PEAS REACH AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F.

OPEN 7 CANS OF PEACHES. DIVIDE THE LIQUID FROM TWO CANS ACROSS 12, 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS. PORTION PEACHES INTO 2QT CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHARTS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
