Ingredients

  • 1 CS. WHOLE GRAIN ZITI
  • 1 CS. MARINARA
  • 2 BAGS MOZZARELLA
  • 1 CS. PEAS
  • 1 CS WATERMELON

Instructions

MIX COOKED PASTA WITH 4 CNS. OF MARINARA, 1 BAG OF THE SHREDDED MOZZARELLA.

PORTION INTO METAL HOTEL PANS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE. TOP WITH SHREDDED MOZZARELLA. WRAP IN FOIL AND LABEL WITH CLASS NAME.

BAKE PASTA AT 350F UNTIL IT REACHES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F AND CHEESE IS NICELY MELTED.

PLACE PEAS IN CONTAINERS. FILL EACH CONTAINER ½ in. WITH WATER.SEASON WITH S&P. BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 30 MIN.
