BAKE TURKEY PATTIES AT 350 DEGREES FOR APPROX. 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL THEY REACH AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160 DEGREES

CUT TURKEY PATTIES INTO 1/4IN DICE FOR THE DUCKS, ALL OTHER PATTIES SHOULD BE CUT IN HALF. EACH CHILD RECEIVES 1/2 A PATTY REGARDLESS OF AGE.
