Oven Roasted Turkey w/ Mixed Vegetables, and Watermelon

Instructions

CUT ROASTED TURKEY INTO ROUGHLY A 1/4IN THICK SLICES.  PORTION INTO METAL HOTEL PANS ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AT 3OZ PER CHILD.  ADD 1/2IN OF WATER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN, AND HEAT AT 350F UNTIL IT REACHES AN INTERNAL TEMP OF 160F. 

PORTION MIXED VEG INTO METAL HOTEL PANS, BASED ON CLASS SIZE..  FILL EACH CONTAINER ½ in WITH WATER.  SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER. BAKE OR STEAM AT 350 F. UNTIL INTERNAL TEMP REACHES 160 F.
