  • 1 CS PITA

Instructions

  1. CUT PITA INTO SIX PIECES EACH, AND PORTION ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHART BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
  2. PORTION HUMMUS INTO COFFE CUPS OR QUART CONTAINERS. FOLLOW THE PORTION CHART BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
  3. PITA CAN BE PLACED IN THE SNACK BINS WHENEVER COMPLETED. HUMMUS MUST BE REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO DELIVER TO CLASSROOMS.
