Ground Turkey Meatloaf, Whole Grain Roll, Peas, and Peaches

Ingredients

  • 2 CS. GROUND TURKEY (30#)
  • 1 CS. PEAS
  • 7 CANS. PEACHES
  • 2 CS ROLLS
  • 5# BREADCRUMBS
  • 1 QT LIQUID EGGS
  • 1 10# KETCHUP
  • 2 CUPS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 CUP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 CUP ITALIAN SEASONINGS
  • 1 CUP ONION POWDER
  • 1 GAL BBQ SAUCE

Instructions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT KETCHUP TOGETHER. LINE SHEET PANS WITHPARCHMENT PAPER AND PAN SPRAY.  SPREADMIXTURE INTO SHEET PANS.  BAKE AT 350 F.FOR 30-40 MIN UNTIL INTERNAL TEMP REACHES 160 F.  CUT INTO SIZES AS LISTED ABOVE AND PLACE INTOCONTAINERS.

PLACE PEAS IN CONTAINERS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE. FILL WITH ½ IN OFWATER.  SEASON WITH S&P.  WRAP IN FOIL AND LABEL WITH CLASS NAME.  BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 20 MIN.

OPEN 7 CANS OF PEACHES. DISTRIBUTE JUICE OF 2 CANS ACROSS ALL THE 2 QT CONTAINERS.  PORTION FRUIT INTO 2 QT CONTAINERS BASED ONPORTION CHART ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE. LABEL WITH CLASS NAME.
