Egg and Cheese Taco

Ingredients

  • 1 CS. EGGS
  • 2 BG SHREDDED CHEDDARCHEESE
  • 1 CS. TORTILLAS (6”)

Instructions

SPRAY TWO FULL HOTEL PANS WITH NON STICK PAN SPRAY. BE SURE TO SPRAY THE SIDES.

POUR EGGS INTO 2 HOTELPANS. DIVIDE THE CHEESE BETWEEN THE TWO PANS OF EGGS EQUALLY.

COVER WITH PARCHMENTPAPER AND THEN FOIL. 

BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 30-40MIN   

PORTION INTO CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO EACH CLASS SIZE.
