Ingredients
- CUT OF TOPS AND BOTTOMS OF WATERMELON.
- USING KNIFE, PEEL THE RIND FROM THE FRUIT.
- CUT IN HALF AND REMOVE SEEDS.
- SLICE IN HALF CUT WATERMELON INTO 1/4 IN DICE...1/8IN FOR THE INFANT AND PRETOD CLASSROOMS.
- PLACE IN 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS, BASED ON PORTION CHART ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
