Ingredients

  • CUT OF TOPS AND BOTTOMS OF WATERMELON.
  • USING KNIFE, PEEL THE RIND FROM THE FRUIT.
  • CUT IN HALF AND REMOVE SEEDS.
  • SLICE IN HALF CUT WATERMELON INTO 1/4 IN DICE...1/8IN FOR THE INFANT AND PRETOD CLASSROOMS.
  • PLACE IN 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS, BASED ON PORTION CHART ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
