Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients
- 25 CUPS AP FLOUR
- 5 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 3 TBSP BAKING POWDER
- 2 TBSP BAKING SODA
- 2 TBSP SALT
- 1/2 CUP CINNAMON
- 15 CUPS SUGAR
- 8 CUPS RAISINS
- 12 CUPS SOY MILK
- 6 TBSP CINNAMON
- 4 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 5 CUPS OIL
Instructions
IN A PLASTIC BUS BIN, COMBINE FLOURS, BAKING POWDER, SODA, SALT, AND CINNAMON. STIR TO EVENLY MIX.
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.
ADD WET MIX TO DRY MIX AND STIR TO INCORPORATE. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO HARD BITS OF UNMIXED FLOUR.
LINE 3 SHEET TRAYS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SPRAY WITH NON STICK PAN SPRAY.
EVENLY DISTRIBUTE THE MIXTURE ACROSS ALL THREE PANS
