OPEN CANS OF GREENBEANS AND STRAIN OUT THE LIQUID IT IS STORED IN.  PORTION INTO METAL HOTEL PANS ACCORDING TOPORTION CHART BASED ON AGE AND CLASS SIZE.

SLICE STRAWBERRIESUSING THE HAND HELD SLAP CHOP TOOL. PORTION INTO 2 QT CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO PORTION CHARTS BASED ON CLASSSIZE AND AGE.
