  • 4 CS. CHICKEN TENDERS
  • 1 CS GREEN PEAS
  • 7 CANS. PINEAPPLE
  • 1 CS. SLIDER BUNS

Instructions

  1. PLACE CHICKEN SLIDERS ON PARCHMENT PAPER LINED SHEET TRAYS IN A SINGLE LAYER.
  2. COOK AT 350F FOR 18 MINS, INTERNAL TEMPERATURE NEEDS TO BE 160F
  3. OPEN CS OF PEAS AND STRAIN ALL LIQUID. PORTION INTO 6IN METAL HOTEL PANS, USING THE PORTION CHART, ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE. WRAP IN FOIL, AND LABEL WITH CLASSROOM NAME. HEAT AT 350F FOR 15 MINS OR UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE IS 160F.
  4. ADD 1/2IN WATER TO EACH PAN, AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
  5. OPEN 7 CANS OF PINEAPPLE. DIVIDE THE JUICE OF 2 CANS ACROSS 12, 2QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS. DIVIDE THE PINEAPPLE INTO THE PLASTIC CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHART, BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
