  • 1 CS ROMAINE MIX LETTUCE
  • 2 CS STRAWBERRIES
  • 2 CS BLUEBERRIES

Instructions

IN 2 LARGE HOTEL PANS, SPLIT UNCOOKED RICE AND ANY SEASONINGS. ON TOP OF RICE, POUR DICED CHICKEN. MIX TO EVENLY COMBINE

COVER RICE WITHCOLD WATER.  BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 45 MIN.OR UNTIL RICE IS COOKED.

PORTION ROMAINE MIX INTO 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS, ACCORDING TO PORTION CHARTS FOR CLASS SIZE AND AGE.

PORTION RANCH DRESSING INTO 16OZ COFFEE CUPS, ACCORDING TO PORTION CHART FOR CLASS SIZE AND AGE.

USING THE HANDHELD SLAP CHOP TOOL, SLICE 2CS OF STRAWBERRIES. COMBINE WITH EQUAL PARTS BLUEBERRIES. MIX TOGETHER TO EVENLY COMBINE, AND PORTION INTO 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
