- 2 BAG SHREDDED MOZZARELLA
- 2 BAG SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Instructions
- LAY FLATBREAD ON PARCHMENT PAPER LINE SHEET TRAYS, 8 PER TRAY
- TOP EACH FLATBREAD WITH MOZZARELLA AND CHEDDAR CHEESE MIX.
- BAKE AT 350F UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED AND BREAD IS A LITTLE CRISP, APPROX. 8 MINUTES.
- CUT EACH FLATBREAD INTO 6 SLICES AND PORTION ACCORDING TO THE PORTION GUIDE AND CLASS SIZE/AGE
- PORTION MARINARA INTO `16OZ PAPER COFFEE CUPS, ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE
