Cheesy Bread w/ Marinara

Ingredients

  • 2 cs FLATBREAD
  • 1 CS MARINARA
  • 2 BAG SHREDDED MOZZARELLA
  • 2 BAG SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Instructions

  1. LAY FLATBREAD ON PARCHMENT PAPER LINE SHEET TRAYS, 8 PER TRAY
  2. TOP EACH FLATBREAD WITH MOZZARELLA AND CHEDDAR CHEESE MIX.
  3. BAKE AT 350F UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED AND BREAD IS A LITTLE CRISP, APPROX. 8 MINUTES.
  4. CUT EACH FLATBREAD INTO 6 SLICES AND PORTION ACCORDING TO THE PORTION GUIDE AND CLASS SIZE/AGE
  5. PORTION MARINARA INTO `16OZ PAPER COFFEE CUPS, ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE
