Blueberry Lemon Muffin
Ingredients
- 5 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 25 C. APFLOUR
- 2 TBS. BAKING SODA
- 6 TBS. BAKING POWDER
- 2 TBS. SALT
- 3 TBS.CINNAMON
- 9 C. SUGAR
- 8- HALF-PINTS BLUEBERRIES
- 2 TBS. VANILLA
- 2 C. OIL
- 20 C. WATER/SOY MILK
- 1 QT LEMON JUICE
Instructions
IN A LARGE PLASTIC BUS TUB, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND WHISK TOGETHER UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED THOROUGHLY AND EVENLY COMBINED.
DIVIDE BATTER ONTO 3 ½SHEET PANS LINED WITH PARCHMENT AND PAN SPRAYED.
BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 25-30MINS OR UNTIL DONE.
