  • 1\2 CS. OF BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

PLACE BISCUITS ON LINED SHEET PAN BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 3 to 5 MINUTES

IN LARGE SAUCE POT, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS FOR THE TURKEY GRAVY MIX TIMES 2.

LAY SAUSAGE IN A SINGLE LAYER ON PARCHMENT LINED SHEET TRAYS, COOK AT 350F UNTIL 10-15 MINTUES, UNTIL FULLY COOKED AND AT AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F. 

DICED TURKEY SAUSGE SMALL, INTO 1/8in BITE SIZE PIECES. THIS CAN BE DONE BEFORE COOKING AS WELL, BUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THE SAUSAGE. ADD SAUSAGE TO THE GRAVY.

PORTION INTO METAL HOTEL PANS ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHART BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.
