MIX TURKEY WITH BBQSAUCE AND PORTION INTO HOTEL PANS ACCORDING TO CLASS SIZE AND AGE. WRAP IN FOIL, AND LABEL WITH CLASSROOM NAME. BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 30 MINS AND THE INTERNALTEMP REACHES 160 F.
PLACE CARROTS IN METAL HOTELPANS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE. FILL EACH CONTAINER ½ in. WITH WATER. SEASON WITH S&P.
OPEN 7 CANS OF PEARS,DISTRIBUTE THE JUICE OF 2 CANS ACROSS 12 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS. PORTION FRUIT INTO CONTAINERS ACCORDING TOTHE PORTION CHARTS BASED ON AGE AND CLASS SIZE.
