Instructions

ASSEMBLE FLATBREADS ONSHEET TRAYS LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.  TOP WITH CHEESE, CHICKEN AND BBQ SAUCE.

BAKE AT 350 F. UNTIL CHEESE IS COMPLETELY MELTED, APPROX. 10 MIN.

PORTION LETTUCE INTO 2 QTPLASTIC CONTAINERS, BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE..

PORTION RANCH DRESSINGINTO 16OZ COFFEE CUPS.  THIS SHOULD BEDONE ACCORDING TO PORTION CHART, BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE.

OPEN 7 CANS OF DICED PEARS, AND PORTION THE LIQUIDFROM 2 CANS ACROSS 12, 2 QT PLASTIC CONTAINERS. PORTION THE PEARS INTO 2 QT CONTAINERS, ACCORDING TO THE PORTION CHARTBASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE
