Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients
- 5 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 25 CUP AP FLOUR
- 4 TBS BAKING SODA
- 7 TBS BAKING POWDER
- 2TBS SALT
- 7 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 CAN APPLE SAUCE
- 6 TBS CINNAMON
- 2 CUPS OIL
- 2 TBS VANILLA EXTRACT
- 20 CUPS WATER
Instructions
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL INCORPORATED. ENSURE THERE ARE NO HARD CLUMPS OF UNMIXED FLOUR.
- LINE 3 SHEET TRAYS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SPRAY WITH NON STICK PAN SPRAY
- DIVIDE BATTER EVENLY ONTO THE THREE SHEET TRAYS.
- BAKE AT 350F FOR 25-30 MINS OR UNTIL DONE.
