  • 1/2 TUB PARMESAN CHEESE

BRING 2 GAL OF MILK/CREAM TO A SIMMER STIRRING OFTEN TO PREVENT SCORCHING. 

TURN OFF HEAT AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, 2 CUPS GARLIC POWDER, ½ TUB GRATED PARMESAN, 2 SLEEVES AMERICAN CHEESE, MIX UNTIL CREAMY, AND CHEESE HAS COMPLETELY MELTED.
