PLACE 3-4 CASES OF TART SHELLS ON PARCHMENT LINED SHEET TRAYS, DEPENDING ON SCHOOL ENROLLMENT
WORKING IN BATCHES, PLACE LIQUID EGGS INTO 8QT PITCHER FOR EASE OR SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS
ADD A PINCH OF CHEDDAR CHEESE TO EACH TART, AND THEN FILL THE REMAINDER OF TART WITH LIQUID EGGS
BAKE IN 350F OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL EGGS ARE COOKED THROUGH AND CRUST IS BROWNED SLIGHTLY.
