PORTION CORN INTO PANS BASED ON CLASS SIZE AND AGE. ADD ½ IN OF WATER TO EACH PAN AND SEASON WITH A TEA SALT. COOK IN 350F OVEN OR STEAMER FOR 15 MINS, CHECK TEMP AND ENSURE IT HAS REACHED AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F.
OPEN CANS OF PEACHES, DISTRIBUTE THE JUICE OF 2 CANS ACROSS 12, 2QT, PLASTIC CONTAINERS. PORTION PEACHES INTO CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO PORTION CHART BASED ON CLASS SIZE.
